Perry Ouzts, 46, rode his 3,999th victory Tuesday at River Downs. The Hebron resident will shoot for No.4,000 today at the Cincinnati track.

        He has six mounts, including early favorite God's Village in the third race.

        “I think it's going to happen (today),” Ouzts said. “I don't like to draw all this attention to myself, so I'd just as soon hurry up and get it over with.”

        First post is 12:55 p.m.

        Ouzts has been riding at RD for 29 years and would be the track's first 4,000-victory jockey, 40th overall.
