               TV picks: NBC continues to play “Where's Waldo?” with Ed,airing the lighthearted drama on Tuesday last week and at 10 p.m. today (Channels 5, 22). In today's repeat, Ed (Tom Cavanagh) represents a coach who flunked a brainy student. Two more Eds air 9-11 p.m. Tuesday.
