Tickets, tips for spectators

Tickets: About 2,000 remain. Call 1-888-652-RACE or visit www.kentuckyspeedway.com; or visit the Speedway's branch office at 2216 Dixie Hwy., Fort Mitchell; or buy tickets at the track.

        Directions and map

Tips for spectators: Leave early, especially Saturday. The Busch race starts at 8 p.m. Saturday night, but fans should probably leave home by noon to beat the heaviest traffic.

        • At the track, be sure to bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, a waterproof jacket and ear plugs. You may bring binoculars and cameras. You can also rent a radio scanner and headset to monitor the race teams.

        • You can tailgate before the race, but prohibited inside the track are carry-in coolers, umbrellas, glass containers, folding chairs, horns and noise-makers.
