Ms. Sturnick, who became president of the non-traditional college last summer, will be one of about 30 participants in the retreat in Trent, Italy.
What he's trying to do is provide people on the leading edge with a community of leadership support for each other, Ms. Sturnick said. I hope to be inspired, to have my own intellectual limits expanded.
Other participants include former South African President Nelson Mandela, she said.
Ms. Sturnick was one of about 1,200 nominees for the retreat, she said.
