        • Dr. Steven J. Perlman has been appointed medical director of the radiology department at The Jewish Hospital. Dr. Perlman is a board-certified radiologist and is co-chief executive officer with Professional Radiology Inc., a full service diagnostic and interventional radiology practice based at The Christand Jewish hospitals.

        • Gregory Weyman and Kristin Limes has been named junior account executives at Caudill and Associates, and Gina Tu to traffic manager.

        • Willie (Will) Johnson has joined Bass Pro Shop as golf shop manager. Mr. Johnson comes to Bass Pro as a Class A PGA Professional with excellent credentials in golf instruction and will continue giving swing analysis and golf lessons.

        • Holly Dacey-Simkonis has been named senior marketing coordinator for national healthcare marketing at Deloitte & Touche.

        • The following have joined Coldwell Banker West Shell as real estate sales associates: Andrew Tanen, Mariemont office; Nancy Currea, Wyoming; William Collett, Northeast; Otto Fletcher and Noemi Abrinica, Eastgate; Susan Miller and Patricia Valentino, Indiana office; and Kevin Waldeck, Western Hills.

        • Dr. William K. Sietsema has been named vice president, clinical development at Kendle International Inc. Dr. Sietsema will oversee the development and expansion of Kendle's global therapeutic areas and will provide leadership for the company's clinical trial projects. He continues as director of the skeletal disease and inflammation therapeutic area.

        • Named specialized real estate sales associates for Sibcy Cline Realtors: Tina Stivers, Fairfield office, and Julie Beakler, Kenwood.

        • Rob Gauthier has been named general manager of the Millennium Hotel, Cincinnati.

        • The following have joined the law firm of Stratman, Harris, Siegel & Eyrich as associates: Tom Wietholter, Jerry Howard, Brian Giles and Scott Jones.

        • Amy Berling has joined Mackey McNeill Mohr as business development professional support specialist and Amy Armstrong has joined the firm as professional services support team member.

        • R. Stephen Sendelbeck has joined BHDP Architecture as leader of the WorkPlace Business Unit.

        • John Michael Zorn has been named vice president of employee relations at Federated Department Stores Inc. Mr. Zorn succeeds Joseph F. Vella, who served as Federated's vice president of employee relations since 1982. Mr. Vella will remain with the company as a senior adviser for employee and labor relations.

        • Jeffery Morneault has been named vice president of cardiovascular services at Health Alliance.

        • Randy Pound has been named senior manager of paper technology at International Paper in Cincinnati. Mr. Pound will be responsible for manufacturing support, staff engineering and applied research for IP's worldwide paper mill operations. He joined the company in 1999 as manager of paper manufacturing technology support and has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Illinois, and a master's degree in business administration from Vanderbilt University.

        • The following have been appointed officers for the CPCU Society (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters), Cincinnati chapter: Robert A. Braun, State Auto Insurance Co., president; Sharyn Prime, MBA Agency, president elect; Brian Wood, Cincinnati financial, vice president; and Bernard Nachtrab, Independent Consultant, treasurer.

        • Bill McNeese has been named vice president of finance and administration at KnowledgeWorks Foundation. Mr. McNeese have more than 25 years' experience in the financial arena. He spent eight years of his early career at Arthur Andersen & Co. and worked at Children's Hospital Medical Center for 10 years. He has worked the last couple of years at CNG Financial Corp. He has a bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan and a master's degree from Bowling Green State University.

        • Drs. Z.A. Saeed and John Czarnecki have joined Greater Cincinnati Gastroenterology Associates and RoseAnn Eckerle is the new office manager.

        • Arvind Kumar has been named vice president of eHealth at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Cincinnati.

        • Dave L. Phelps has been named team leader of the real estate client service team at Barnes, Dennig & Co., Ltd. Mr. Phelps will be responsible for managing the client's workload and fostering the development of the personnel on the team. He has 13 years experience in the accounting field, with the last three years as a tax specialist for BD&Co. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Thomas More College.

        • Sally Schulte has joined Cornerstone Brokerage Insurance Services Agency as customer service representative.

        • Jeffrey Mills has been appointed purchasing manager at CAE Ransohoff.

        • Dennis Bryant has been appointed director of dining service at Judson Village Retirement Community, and Melissa Simpson as resident service coordinator.

        • Bob Bedinghaus has joined Holland Communications as vice president.

        • The following have joined the law firm of Roetzel & Andress as partners: Doug Musick, John Coyne, Steve Funk, Alisa Wright, and Julie Moore.

        • The following have joined Oswald Co. Inc. construction management firm in Kenwood: Don Easybuck, construction manager; Angie Eichenberger, marketing/administrative assistant; and Steve Baker, project manager.

        • Holiday Homes has been named Fleetwood Homes Circle of Excellence Award winner.

        • The Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce along with the Hamilton County Educational Services Center and Gold Star Chili Inc. have received recognition through the Ohio Award for Excellence program.

        • The Business Marketing Association, Cincinnati chapter presented the 2001 Cincinnati BMA Spotlight Awards: Bronze Spotlight Award winners are: AGM Group, Caudill and Associates, Chemed, Morning Star, Strata-G Communications Inc. and View Source Media. Silver Spotlight Award winners are: Caudill and Associates, Strata-G Communications Inc., and Three + Associates. Gold Spotlight winners are: Caudill and Associates, Gardner Publications, Madison Marquette, Strata-G Communications Inc. Symphony Communications, and Three + Associates. The Best Show Award went to Strata-G Communications Inc.

        • E. Andre', Northern Kentucky attorney, has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.

        • Linda R. Horn, president of Capital Concepts Inc. in Harrison, has been named a regional finalist in the 2001 Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards sponsored by Ernst & Young, the Entrepreneur of the Year Institute, The Nasdaq Stock Market and USA Today.

        • Curtis Inc. received the Bronze Telly Award for production of PBS series, The American Woodshop, and the Award of Distinction for Joseph House video from the Videographer Awards.

        • The American Subcontractors Association of Cincinnati honored Oswald Co. Inc., a construction management firm, as their 2000 General Contractor of the Year, and the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce recognized and honored the Oswald Co. with a Level 2 — Commitment to Excellence Award.

        • Horizon Productions Inc. has won a Bronze American Corporate Video Award.

        • Highlift Equipment LLC of Cincinnati has been recognized by Lull Corp. for its forklift sales as a Top Ten Distributor. In addition, Highlift has been named an OmniStar Dealer.

        • Financial Management Group Inc. in Blue Ash, has been named by Bloomberg as one of the 50 fastest-growing independent wealth managers nationally and the fastest grower locally in Cincinnati.

        • Ronald E. Heineman, president and chief executive officer of ELS Human Resources Solutions, human resource managing and outsourcing firm, has been named the Spring, 2001 Distinguished Alumnus by Cincinnati State Technical and Community College's Alumni Association.

        • Robert A. Adams, director and vice chairman of Great American Financial Resources in Cincinnati, has been named the recipient of the 2001 Million Dollar Round Table Foundation Circle of Life Award.

        • Ohio Gov. Bob Taft presented the State of Ohio 2001 Minority Business Development Award to The Procter & Gamble Co.
