SPRINGFIELD TWP. — A 33-year-old Grove City man was arrested Wednesday and charged with the robbery Monday of the Provident bank in Finneytown.

        Police charged Anthony Allen Eskridge with aggravated robbery. Mr. Eskridge was charged after officers followed up on an anonymous tip. Monday morning, a man entered the bank at 9301 Winton Road, passed a teller a note demanding money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. He did not show a gun, but indicated he had one.
