        • Clifton resident Melissa Apple works as office manager for an insurance company. She likes to bake and eat out.

        • A teaching assistant at the Cooking School at Jungle Jim's Market in Fairfield, Christy Feldhaus loves to cook and grill for her husband and son at home in White Oak.

        • A native of Mexico, Rose Grace teaches Mexican cooking classes at Culinary Sol in Norwood and creates authentic Mexican dishes for her husband at home in Pierce Township.

        • John James is a Clifton Heights resident and graduate student at Xavier University. At home, he loves to barbecue and prepare desserts with his 6-year-old son.

        • Market research director for a health care system, Richard Perry loves to entertain at home in Anderson Township by cooking Indian, Thai and other spicy foods.

        • Filling in for his wife, Cara, Michael Pestorius of Blue Ash is sales director for GE Aircraft Engines. He loves to eat, but cooks very little.

        • When he's not busy working as concessions manager for the Aronoff Center, Michael Stokes cooks at home for friends. He lives downtown.

        • Guest panelist Dick Fruehwald is president of the Cincinnati American Wine Society chapter and serves as competition chairman for the International Wine Festival. He lives in Finneytown.
