Bonds Watch: No homers
The Associated Press
PHOENIX Barry Bonds didn't hit a home run off Randy Johnson Sunday, but Rich Aurelia did, helping the Giants sweep the Diamondbacks with a 4-3 victory.
Bonds, who has 45 homers, went 1-for-4 with a run-scoring double. He's one game ahead of Mark McGwire's record pace in 1998.
Aurilia hit his fifth homer in four games and Marvin Benard added a two-run pinch homer in the ninth.
