Feedback site unveils new tool
PlanetFeedback is introducing a new technology that allows companies to view customer responses in real time at the ATP Masters Series Cincinnati this week in Mason.

At the tennis event, customers will be able to provide feedback on parking, amenities, concessions and other issues online at www.masters-series.com/cincinnati. The tournament began Wednesday and runs through Aug. 12.
PlanetFeedback officials say instant responses will allow for quicker reactions from companies, while also providing e market research data.
