Olympian Williams fights tonight




        Olympic silver medalist Ricardo Williams Jr., who is 3-0 with two knockouts as a pro, makes his fourth pro fight tonight on the Night of the Olympians in Little Rock, Ark., on HBO.

        The Cincinnatian's opponent is Rodney Jones, 25-3 (12 knockouts). Williams Jr. has been scheduled before for four- and six-rounds bouts, but never the eight he faces tonight. It is a junior welterweight bout.

        Also on the card are Williams' fellow Olympians Jermain Taylor (4-0, 2 KO's), Michael Bennett (4-1, 4 KO's), and Clarence Vinson (3-0, 1 KO).
