Muskingum 22, Mount St. Joe's 0




        Marc Von Kaenel threw for 320 yards and a touchdown as Muskingum beat Mount St. Joseph 22-0 Saturday at LaSalle High School.

        Kaenel was 22-of-37 with a a 39-yard TD pass to Dirk Gadd that put Muskies ahead 9-0 with 7:18 to go in the first quarter. A 1-yard run by Trevor Cooper and a 2-yard run by Matt Colvin in the second quarter gave Muskingum a 22-0 halftime lead.

        The Mount's leading rusher was sophomore quarterback Mike Dane (Little Miami), a transfer from Bluffton, who gained 67 yards on 11 carries. He passed for 51 yards.
