School to offer day care

ALEXANDRIA Campbell County High School is opening a day-care center for its teen parents to help them stay in school.
The Campbell County Child Development Center opens on Monday at the school, 25 W. Lickert Road. The center is for student parents who want to complete their high school education. The center will have an open house noon to 7 p.m. today.
The center, offered for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years, will be managed and staffed by Children's Inc. The teen parents using the service offered for free as long as the students are enrolled at the school will work at the center for one class period to enhance their parenting skills. To register, call center director Phyllis Berry at (859) 431-2075.
