Books cooks can't part with
We asked chefs, other food professionals and people who cook at home in the Tristate to name three cookbooks they could not live without. A few struggled to limit their selection to only three, but here are their responses. And by the way, if you're keeping score, the Better Homes and Gardens New Cookbook (Meredith Books; $26.95) received the most votes (3).
