Crowe fights to another draw




        LAKE TAHOE, Nev. — Dale Crowe of Norwood and Talmadge Griffis of Colorado Springs, Colo., fought to a 10-round draw in a heavyweight bout Saturday night at Caesers Tahoe.

        Griffis (20-1-3, 13 knockouts) built an early lead, but Crowe (21-4-2, 13 KOs) rallied in the final rounds. One judge scored it 96-93 for Griffis, the second had it 96-94 for Crowe, and the third had it even at 95-95.

        Crowe's last fight with former champion Michael Moorer also ended in a draw.
