Printer acquires Northside business

        DAYTON, Ky. Saratoga Printing has acquired Fraternity Printing of Cincinnati.

        “Fraternity's expertise and experience in mailing makes a natural extension of our publication printing business,” Tom Herman, Saratoga's president, said.

        Fraternity Printing is at 1718 Blue Rock Road, Northside.

        Saratoga Printing, 115 Sixth Ave. in Dayton, specializes in sheet-fed magazine, newsletter and publication printing. Its parent company, Cobb Inc., focuses on typesetting, desktop publishing and color scanning. Information: (859) 655-2480.

Music store opens 2nd shop in Cheviot

       CHEVIOT — The Music Shoppe, which already has a location in Harrison, has opened its second location at 4310 Harrison Ave. Music Shoppe owners are Gordon Brown and Brian Coleman.

        The store sells instruments and rents band instruments as well as public-address systems. Staff members repair guitars and band instruments.

        “We offer lessons from professional musicians for professionals and amateurs,” store manager James McClellan said.

        Store hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Information: 598-9000.

Consultant focuses on firms' profitability

Kinney's restaurant changes schedule

       FRANKLIN Kinney's Fine Dining and Spirits, 543 Main St., has changed its weekly schedule and is now open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner.
