TV picks: Laura San Giacomo (Just Shoot Me) stars as Jenifer (9 p.m., Channels 12, 7), an actress who turns to her sisters (Jane Kaczmarek, Annabella Sciorra) when diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gerhig's Disease. Edie Falco, Camryn Manheim, Julianna Margulies, Rob Morrow, Marisa Tomei and Scott Wolf appear in cameos.
TV Critic John Kiesewetter also says Max (Richard Dreyfuss) isn't happy when his daughter takes a class from Andrea (Marcia Gay Harden) on The Education of Max Bickford (8 p.m., Channels 12, 7).
