Bridal show set

By Joy Kraft
The Cincinnati Enquirer

Bridal trunk show: Bridal and Formal in Reading will begin the bridal trunk show season 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday and Friday with designers Monique Lhuillier and Fenaroli for Regalia. The store is at 300 W. Benson in Reading. Information: 821-6622.

Star-designed clothes: Clothes created from Old Navy designs by celebrities from Britney Spears to Will Smith and Joni Mitchell to Cameron Diaz are being auctioned at www.oldnavy.com through Sunday to benefit P.S. Arts, a Los Angeles-based non-profit group dedicated to restoring the arts to public education in under-served areas. The auction goes on 24 hours a day. Some of the clothes are signed by the celebrities while others have been customized by them from Old Navy classics.

Charity snowmen: Make a Wish Foundation and the National Childhood Cancer Foundation will benefit from Elder-Beerman's Snowmen Friends promotion this year. Beginning Sunday, 18-inch high, plush snowmen, available in three outfits, can be purchased, while supplies last, for $9.99 each with any $35 purchase at the store.
