Thomas More goes for 15th win in row

The 12th-ranked Thomas More Saints (10-0) play host to their first Division III playoff game at noon today against MacMurray (Ill.). TMC has won 14 in a row the second-longest streak behind perennial power Mount Union's 24 and 24 of its last 25. The only loss in that stretch was a 13-12 setback to Thiel (Pa.) last season.
GEORGETOWN:
Quarterback Eddie Eviston (Newport Central Catholic), two-time NAIA Plyer of the year, leads the No.1-ranked, defending champion Tigers (14-0) into today's first round of the NAIA playoffs against No.10 Tri-State (Ind.) at 1:30 p.m. today in Rawlings Stadium. Tri-State is 8-2.
