TV picks: You can tell sweeps ended Wednesday by all the reruns tonight (Friends, ER, CSI, Will & Grace) and a Survivor recap show. The only new show is Kevin Frazier's Inside Schwartz (8:30 p.m., Channels 5, 22), pulled from sweeps due to low ratings.
TV Critic John Kiesewetter notes that Nick Clooney hosts Cincinnati Reflections: The War Years Life at Home to kick off WCET-TV's fund drive (8 p.m., Channel 48).

Turns out 2700 Erie, the hip little specialty shop on Hyde Park Square, has a trunk show for M&J Savitt semi-precious collection and the Janis Savitt white gold and diamond collection.
