Jason Elliott made 21 saves to earn his first shutout of the season and lead the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks to a 1-0 victory over the Milwaukee Admirals Saturday at the Cincinnati Gardens.
Sean Avery notched the game-winning goal midway through the second period for the Ducks, who extended their unbeaten streak to seven games (6-0-1-0). Elliott improved to 4-0-1 in his last five starts.
The Ducks and Admirals play again at 6p.m. today at the Bradley Center.
