DRY RIDGE Kentucky State Police have filed murder charges against a male juvenile, 17, after the Thursday shooting death of Henry A. Denny, 42.
State police are still looking for the young man, who had not been apprehended as of Friday evening.
Mr. Denny was at the residence of his brother, Todd Denny, in the 800 block of Blair Road the night of the shooting, investigating detective Travis Brown said.
Police say the 17-year-old began arguing with Henry Denny. The juvenile left the home but returned a short time later and shot Henry Denny two times, police said.
Todd Denny called 911 about 8:45 p.m. Henry Denny walked to another residence, where the Grant Co. Coroner's office later pronounced him dead.
Police ask anyone with information to call (859) 428-1212.
