TV picks: The producers of That '70s Show repeat the formula with broad jokes, likable characters and references to long-ago pop-culture. Glenn Howerton and Tinsley Grimes play a brother and sister who resist the '80s tendency to chase big money. That '80s Show (premiere), 8 p.m., Channels 19, 45.
Tom Brokaw visits George W. Bush's White House. This special was planned last fall, then postponed because of 9-11. The Bush White House: Inside the Real West Wing, 8 p.m., Channels 5, 22.

Valentine's Day cards: But not just any card. These babies are a 12-year tradition in Loveland, sometimes known as the Sweetheart of Ohio. The cards are designed by the winner of the annual design contest it's photographer David Miller this year and sold for $1 each at the Loveland Area Chamber of Commerce (683-1544) or on the Web site (www.lovelandchamber.org). Mail the card from Loveland, and you can get that distinctive Valentine's postmark on the envelope.
