        • Applicant: C B Richard Ellis. Site: 221 E. 4th St. Purpose: Alteration. Contractor: Hunt Builders Corp. Cost: $450,000.

        • Applicant: Stephen F. Overbeck. Site: 6407 Madison Road. Purpose: Addition. Contractor: Environmetrics Inc. Cost: $200,000.
