Hoxworth seeks blood

Hoxworth Blood Center has five Northern Kentucky blood drives scheduled for the first two weeks of February.
The Charities Guild of Northern Kentucky Community Blood Drive will be Feb. 1 at the Fort Thomas Armory Center. Donations will be accepted noon-2:15 p.m. and 3:30-6 p.m.
Call Dana Pendry at (859) 441-7387 for an appointment. Child care will be provided.
The Florence Professional Firefighters Community Blood Drive will be Feb. 9 at the Kmart parking lot, 8040 Burlington Pike, Florence. Donations will be accepted 10 a.m.-12:15 p.m. and 1:30-4 p.m. Call Tim Webster at (859) 647-5673 or -5660 for an appointment. No walk-ins will be accepted.
The Marriott Brighton Gar den Community Blood Drive will be Feb. 4 at 2950 Turkeyfoot Road, near the intersection of Turkeyfoot and Dudley Roads in Erlanger. Donations will be accepted 10 a.m.-noon. Call Leanne Wills at (859) 426-1888 for an appointment. No walk-ins will be accepted.
The Kenton County Public Library will host the Hoxworth Blood Mobile 2:30-5 p.m. Feb. 7 at its Covington library, 502 Scott Blvd.
The B105 Valentine's Day Community Blood Drive and Bone Marrow Registry will be Feb. 14 at Florence Mall, the second level next to Lenscrafters. Donations will be accepted 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
