By Jennifer Edwards
The Cincinnati Enquirer
A 39-year-old Deer Park man was arrested early Monday and charged with four counts of felonious assault after police say he slashed and stabbed two patrons at The Chili Company in Oakley.
John Roberts, of the 8500 block of Donna Lane, is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
During the 3 a.m. attack inside the restaurant, Mr. Roberts hurt two people with his pocket folding knife and tried to harm two others, an arrest report alleges.
He also was charged with vandalism after police say he ripped off an interior door panel to a cab.
