DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP The dental practice of Debra McIntosh has acquired laser equipment that finds hidden decay before it destroys tooth structure.
Dr. McIntosh says Diagnodent scans a patient's teeth with a laser light.
For dentists, this equipment is a breakthrough, she said. It is a painless procedure and allows us to find smaller cavities and take care of them before they turn into larger cavities that can cause our patients more inconvenience.
Dr. McIntosh specializes in family and cosmetic dentistry in her practice at 3615 Socialville-Foster Road. She is licensed by Ohio and certified by the Northeast Regional Dental Board. Tours of her facility are available.

Bilingual staffing now available
AC&C Consultants of Mount Adams has added a bilingual staffing component to its services, according to Alfonso Cornejo.
The human resources consulting firm specializes in the integration of mergers and acquisitions, and works with Tristate companies to ensure that Hispanic employees are incorporated into the work force in a productive way.
As the Hispanic population continues to grow, and the need to communicate with them increases exponentially, many companies are reaching the point where they would need at least one bilingual person within their staff, Mr. Cornejo said. Now there will be a place where companies can get a very specific staffing service.
AC&C seeks and places only those who are fluent in both English and Spanish. Interested individuals are invited to send a resume to AC&C at 625 Eden Park Drive, Suite 875, Cincinnati 45202.
