Six people including two children were injured after their vehicle rounded a blind curve and slammed into a parked tractor-trailer cab on Queen City Avenue in Westwood, forcing the road to be closed for nearly three hours Saturday evening.

The crash occurred about 5:10 p.m. near LaFeuille Avenue.
Three adults apparently not wearing seatbelts were partially ejected through the windshield up to their waists, said Officer Mike Flamm of the Cincinnati Police Division's Traffic Unit.
An infant was in a safety seat, but it was improperly installed, Officer Flamm said. The other child, a 3-year-old girl, was not in one of the required seats, he said.
Both children were transported to Children's Hospital Medical Center. Their conditions were not released.
Driver inattention is a possible factor in the crash of the 1986 gray Honda Accord, Officer Flamm said. Officers were still trying to identify the Spanish-speaking occupants as of 8:30 p.m., he said.
The wreck happened across the street from Michaela Gemereth's apartment. She said she worried that a horrible wreck could occur because of the tractor-trailer cab she regularly sees parked in that spot on weekends.
It's right there as you come around the curve, Ms. Gemereth said. And if you don't pay attention boom! You would run right into it.
Officer Flamm said police were checking to see if the tractor-trailer cab was parked illegally.
None of the occupants was identified.
The four adult victims were taken to University Hospital, a spokeswoman confirmed, where they were in stable condition. The three males and one female were all in their mid-20s.
