Trendy clothes student's signature look
Real Style

Erica Morgan of Bridgetown loves clothes and animals, but not necessarily in that order.
The University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters student has her eye on a career in veterinary technology and works at the College Hill Pet Clinic in Finneytown. According to her aunt and nominator, Marilyn Bunch, Ms. Morgan has been a perfect dresser since she was 3 and we dressed her in Osh-Kosh outfits with matching hair ribbons.
At 19, she prefers more trendy labels, even for her poodle, Kelly. We buy her little shirts at Old Navy and she has a little leopard coat for outside.
Describe your style: Unique. I might wear clothes nobody else would think of wearing together.
Fashion philosophy: If I like it, I wear it. I'm not scared to wear what I like.
Earliest fashion memory: When I was in the fifth grade, everybody wore tight, stretch pants with big bunchy socks, white Keds and an oversized sweat shirt. That's the first look I remember.
Your best bargain: I got a pair of $60 boots for $5.40 at Shoe Carnival.
Your signature look: Trendy clothes. I wear a lot of low-cut jeans and tight shirts with animal print belts.
If you have big bucks you'd buy: Shoes. I love boots, sandals, gym shoes. I probably have 100 pairs.
You wouldn't be caught dead in: Vinyl fake leather pants. I used to wear them. Now I look back and say eww.
Fashion pet peeve: When people don't wear belts with jeans that have loops.
Favorite designers: Levi jeans or Express jeans or anything from Gap or Abercrombie.
You splurge on: Shoes. I buy them even if I don't need them. I have to have every color boot to match every outfit.
Finishing touch: I always wear a silver thumb ring and a ring finger ring plus a necklace and bracelet.
