Laura A. Foster has joined the firm of Beckman, Weil, Shepardson & Faller LLC as an associate attorney in the Cincinnati office. Ms. Foster brings experience as a tax consultant with Deloitte & Touche. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and Urban Morgan Institute for Human Rights.
Jeff Olsen has been named office manager at Quest Engineers Inc., Cincinnati office.
Michael Broughton has joined American Express Financial Advisors as financial adviser in the Springdale office.
Joe Lind has been named president at Emery Federal Credit Union.

Nancy Wolpert has been appointed clinical manager of the open-heart recovery room and cardiovascular step-down unit at The Jewish Hospital.

Daniel O. Berger, partner in the Cincinnati office of Thompson Hine LLP, has been appointed by the Warren County Commissioners to serve on the Warren County Rural Zoning Board.
Thomas E. Grossmann, a partner in the litigation department of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP, has been named chairman of the Economic Development Committee of Mason City Council.

Mike Finke has joined Neyer Properties Inc. as chief financial officer. He brings more than 11 years of public accounting experience and 10 years as controller/chief financial officer to this position. He is a Xavier University graduate in business administration.
Ellen Saenger has been named director, hospitality contract sales, for Ficks Reed, manufacturer of wicker and rattan furniture. Ms. Saenger has been a consultant to Ficks Reed for two years. She has worked with trade associations as a legislative affairs specialist and served with the President's Domestic Council at the White House.

Appointed to the Cincinnati Museum Center's board of trustees: Merrie Steward Stillpass, an urban planner at Meisner & Associates, a landscape architecture, land use and planning firm, and Ronald D. Brown, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Milacron Inc.
