TV picks: Where's the beef? And where does it come from? PBS' Frontline (9 p.m., Channels 48, 54) looks at today's high-tech meat industry which has fundamentally changed the composition of the typical Americaburger, causing some to fear the spread of serious and even deadly bacteria, say the show's producers.
TV Critic John Kiesewetter also says Save Our History: American Lighthouses looks at lighthouse restoration efforts (9 p.m., History Channel).
