Virtual tour of cemetery details services

One of the inevitable events in our life is death. My family recently experienced the passing of my aunt and I did not know what to expect. With the greatest of care my aunt's remains were placed in the care of the Jon Deitloff Funeral Centre, a subsidiary of Spring Grove.
Spring Grove Cemetery & Arboretum (www.springgrove.org) specializes in funeral, burial and pre-planning services in Cincinnati. Its Web site has all three entities represented with information on each.
The Web site has information about the three different sites. The site will be expanded in September to provide more services, public relation information and pictorials.
For more than 150 years the site of Spring Grove, Winton Place, has provided a resting place for loved ones. Originally the cemetery spanned 220 acres. Now Spring Grove has more than 733 acres. Of that, 400 acres are used for landscape and burial.
Did you know people go to Spring Grove to eat lunch and get married because the landscape is so beautiful and peaceful? It is a place of unparalleled beauty that has been studied by horticulturists and admired by thousands, according to the Web site.
The 681-PLAN Family also features a second cemetery, Oak Hills in the Tri-County areaand the Jon Deitloff Funeral Centre within the premises of the Spring Grove Cemetery.
Originally founded in 1910, Oak Hills Cemetery is described as 160 gently rolling acres of inspiring beauty, on on the Web site.
A virtual tour of Deitloff's new37,000-square-foot facility is on the site. It has seven visitation rooms, a chapel, two public lounges and a reception center.
Slow computer: Here's a tech tip about using Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer. If your computer is running slow, check the temporary files and the temporary Internet files.
Every time you access a document or Web site, the computer writes information to the hard drive into temporary folders. The larger the folder, the more space it takes up and slows your computer down. These folders can be emptied but it has to be done carefully.
Temporary Windows files are located in
c:\windows\temp (95, 98)
c:\winnt\temp (2000)
or c:\documents and settings\(username)\local (XP).
Temporary Internet files can be accessed through Internet Explorer in the Internet options section under the tools menu. Look for the delete cookies button.
Find people: Looking for a lost friend or neighbor in the phone book is tedious. Check out AOL's people finder (www.aol.com/netfind/whitepages.adp) or the White Pages (www.whitepages.com) or 411.com (www.411.com) to lighten the search.
