Boy, 11, killed by truck on Ky. 330

        FALMOUTH — A truck struck and killed an 11-year-old Pendleton County boy who was riding his bicycle on Ky. 330 Saturday morning.

        Cody Taylor Castillo of Falmouth was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pendleton County Coroner's Office.

        Kentucky State Police said Norman Frederick of Berry was driving a Mack truck hauling water when he turned a blind curve about 4 1/2 miles west of Falmouth and struck the boy in the center of the westbound lane.
