The Norse finished third at the NCAA Division II Championships in Allendale, Mich. Junior Leslie Fossitt (Mason County) was the top NKU individual, finishing 10th with a four-round 34-over-par 326.

        Jana Peterkova (306) won her second consecutive title as Florida Southern swept the top four spots for its third straight team championship.

        Florida Southern finished with a record 1,234 strokes in the 72-hole tournament and a record 74-stroke margin over runner-up Barry (1,308). NKU took 1,327 strokes.
