Home assault case is revealed

LEBANON A Mason man accused of holding a woman captive in his home this month has been indicted by a Warren County grand jury.
Other indictments released Tuesday included a man accused of breaking into cars in the Paramount's Kings Island parking lot, and a man accused of driving drunk who has been convicted of doing so three times in the last six years.
Steven A. Isaacs, 31, was indicted on charges of rape, abduction, kidnapping, and disrupting public services, all felonies, and a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence.
Warren County Prosecutor Tim Oliver said Mr. Isaacs is accused of striking the woman with a belt several times, forcing her into a sex act, hiding the phones in the house and keeping her from leaving the house for several hours.
She eventually escaped out a back door.
Charles M. Smith Jr., 29, of Lexington, was indicted on charges of possession of criminal tools, two counts of theft and one count of receiving stolen property, all felonies, and two counts of criminal damaging, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Smith was allegedly seen breaking into two cars in the Kings Island parking lot May 18. He was using a screwdriver and crowbar, Mr. Oliver said.
He possessed credit cards stolen from the cars, Mr. Oliver said.
Donald S. Robinson, 32, was indicted on a charge of felony driving under the influence after being stopped for speeding in Lebanon on April 26.
He refused a Breathalyzer test, Mr. Oliver said. Mr. Robinson has been convicted of DUI three times in the last six years.
