LEBANON A 23-year-old South Lebanon man, free on bond after being accused of having sex with a minor, was charged Wednesday with a similar offense involving a teen-age girl he met on a telephone dating chat line.

Warren County authorities charged Robert Fulgham, of Ilene Street, with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, providing alcohol to an underage person and intimidation of a victim. All charges are misdemeanors.
Mr. Fulgham is accused of picking up the 16-year-old girl Monday in Akron, where she lived with a grandmother, and taking her to the Kings Island campground in Mason where he and a teen-age boy had consensual sex with her.
After a disagreement, Mr. Fulgham refused to take the girl home and instead dropped her off on the side of the road near Morrow. She flagged down a Morrow officer, a sheriff's official said.
Mr. Fulgham was taken into custody late Tuesday when he returned to the campground. He posted a $3,000 bond and was released from the Warren County Jail pending an arraignment hearing Tuesday in Mason Municipal Court.
In a separate case, a Warren County grand jury indicted Mr. Fulgham in April on a felony charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a juvenile for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl during a party at a Mason motel.
Mr. Fulgham was permitted to remain free on his promise to return to court for hearings.
Scheduled to go to trial in that case Aug. 12, Mr. Fulgham attended a pretrial hearing on Monday, apparently before he left for Akron.
