Wedding rolls on in Ohio Am

PEPPER PIKE, Ohio Wilmington's Gabby Wedding, who set a course record during Monday's qualifying, won her second-round match Wednesday at the 79th Women's Ohio Amateur golf tournament at The Country Club.
Wedding beat Diana Schwab of Dayton 5 and 4. Katie Redeker, The Country Club's club champion, defeated Katy Loomis 4 and 3. Pat Milton, last year's runner-up, defeated Patty Kuehner 3 and 2. Jamie Rishel, the 1997 champion, beat Sara Ann Palmer 5 and 4.
Wedding will play Janie Klare, who defeated Natalie Moser 5 and 4, in today's quarterfinals. In another quarterfinal, Cincinnati native Katie Rakel will play Redeker.
