Local youth teams win championships




        Starting today, the Enquirer is publishing a Sunday roundup of results from local youth teams that participated in organized national tournaments.         • The Mizuno Cincy Classics 14 Red, a local youth volleyball team, in April went through four days of pool play undefeated to win the 64-team USA National Volleyball Tournament in Salt Lake City.

        • Team Z, a 16-and-under volleyball team, recently returned from Salt Lake City as national champion, winning the 28-team Junior Olympic National Tournament.

        • The Cincinnati AAU-Salamone 15-and-under boys basketball team recently took sixth at its 130-team national tournament.
