HAMILTON - A 26-year-old Hamilton man was killed Sunday morning after the vehicle he was driving hit a telephone pole at 1 a.m. on U.S. 27.

        Gerald Lee Weiland of 408 Eaton Ave., Apt. 4, was unresponsive at the scene and transported to Fort Hamilton-Hughes Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

        Hamilton Police Department is investigating the accident.
