Brothers charged with Green Twp. bank heist

Two Mount Healthy brothers were arrested Sunday morning in connection with the robbery of a PNC bank branch in Green Township last week.

Michael Ridder, 20, and Mark Ridder, 18, both of the 9600 block of Gertrude Lane, were each charged with one count of robbery in the Thursday heist at PNC's 5916 Cheviot Road bank branch.

Michael Ridder also was charged with one count of attempted robbery for an Aug. 7 incident at the Financial Bank in Mount Healthy.

The arrest came after Cincinnati Police received information Friday that the car wanted in connection with the robbery was located near Delhi Pike and Fairbanks Avenue.

The brothers were taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center and will be arraigned today.
