Man charged with attempted murder
SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP - Police arrested a Springfield Township man they say shot another man in his Ovid Avenue home early Saturday.
Timothy Grant, 37, of the 9600 block of Tanbark Court, was charged with felonious assault and attempted murder for shooting three times at Phillip Billingsley, police records show.
Mr. Billingsley, 51, was hit twice in the head and once in the torso. He was listed in serious condition Sunday at University Hospital.
Mr. Grant is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center and will appear in court Tuesday.
