Tom's Maze at Tom Eby Farm

Experience: “Don't settle for a cookie-cutter maze that looks good from the air but leaves little to the imagination on the ground," says the Tom's Maze Web site. “Tom's Maze is grown from the ground up and not from the sky down.” That means that from the air, this eight-acre maze with three miles of paths looks like, well, a maze. But on the ground it looks confusing. Mr. Eby has created a game to help people solve the puzzle. Solving it will take about 1 1/2 hour.
       When: Through Oct. 31.
