Going out

        Hispanic Festival: There's a ton of food from more than a dozen Latin American countries, live salsa and meringue music, folkloric dancing, crafts from Central and South America and all kinds of other goodies.         TV picks: Larry David's Emmy-nominated Curb Your Enthusiasm returns (10 p.m., HBO).

        Critic John Kiesewetter also says PBS premieres Almost A Woman as part of Masterpiece Theatre's American Collection (8 p.m., Channels 48, 16), and Beckett on Film, new adaptations of seven of Samuel Beckett's short plays (10 p.m., Channels 48, 16).
