By The Cincinnati Enquirer
Candidates for office in Boone, Campbell and Kenton counties are asked to go to the Enquirer's Web site to fill out the Nov. 5 Kentucky Voters Guide information form and to e-mail a mug shot to photo@enquirer.com
The Web site will ask the candidates for information including: name, office being sought, political party (if applicable), age, education, experience, qualifications and top issues.
The candidate information should be posted to the Web by Thursday to be placed in the comprehensive print and online guide to candidates.
To e-mail mug shots: In the subject line of the e-mail, please enter the words election mug and the candidate's name.
In the body of the e-mail, please type the candidate's full name, the race he is running for, the city or district the race is in and the county.
Examples: Jane C. Candidate, School Board, Beechwood, Kenton County.
