Cyclones 5, Johnstown 2
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - The Cincinnati Cyclones won their second game in as many nights, as they defeated the Johnstown Chiefs 5-2 Saturday night in the ECHL at the War Memorial.
The Cyclones (2-2), led by rookie Evan Cheverie, had five different goal scorers. Cheverie, a Miami University product, also had two assists.
Marc Kielkucki made his Cincinnati debut in goal. He stopped 23 shots for his first win of the season and fifth professional victory.
The Cyclones were 2-for-4 on the power play.
Cincinnati continues its five-game road trip at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Toledo Storm.
