Cincinnati loses bid for skating
The 2006 U.S. Figure Skating Championships will be held in St. Louis at the Savvis Center. Cincinnati had been a finalist for hosting the event.
The Nationals, which also serve as the Olympic trials, will run Jan.7-15, 2006. The 2006 Winter Games are the following month in Turin, Italy. Other finalists were Cleveland and Minneapolis.
