HAMILTON - A Franklin Township woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to a felony charge of "soliciting after a positive HIV test."
Trial for Dawn M. Crane, 43, had been scheduled for today.
Middletown police had arrested Ms. Crane in July, accused of offering oral sex for $20. As she was booked at the Middletown jail, she said she was HIV-positive, a police report said.
Judge Michael J. Sage ordered a sexual-predator evaluation and set sentencing for Dec. 18.
Ms. Crane faces 1-5 years in jail and a potential fine of $10,000.
