"We now offer products, services and supports for all aspects of a customer's computer experience," he said.
The dial-up services costs $19.99 a month, but customers can get it for $16.99 a month if they sign a one-year contract.
The service includes a parental control package, up to five e-mail accounts, personal Web space and a customizable home page.
PC on Call, which offers services in Columbus and Cleveland as well as Cincinnati, hopes to sign up at least 1,000 subscribers by early next year, he said.
Within the next couple months Mr. Bottoni said the company also plans to offer Web portals to groups such as schools and churches.
