LOS ANGELES - Things are getting back to normal for the three-time defending NBA champion Los Angeles Lakers.

Shaquille O'Neal scored 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in his second game of the season, and Kobe Bryant had a triple-double Sunday night to lead the Lakers to a 111-99 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks.

O'Neal had 17 points and seven rebounds in 21 minutes as a reserve Friday night in an 86-73 victory over the Chicago Bulls. That was his first game since undergoing surgery Sept.11 on his arthritic right big toe.

O'Neal started against the Bucks and played 28 minutes.

Bryant had 15 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists for his third triple-double of the season and the sixth of his career.

Derek Fisher had a season-high 21 points and seven assists; Rick Fox scored 11 points, and Robert Horry added 10 as all five L.A. starters scored in double figures.

The 111 points were a season high, as was the 50.6 percent shooting percentage (44-of-87). The previous highs were 108 points and 45.9 percent against the Los Angeles Clippers on Nov.1.

Michael Redd led Milwaukee with 19 points. Jason Caffey had season-high totals of 16 points and 12 rebounds, and Sam Cassell had 15 points, nine rebounds and eight assists for the Bucks.

Milwaukee's Ray Allen, the NBA's seventh-leading scorer with a 23.6-point average, sprained his right ankle in the second quarter and sat out the second half.

Clippers 90, Rockets 89

LOS ANGELES - Eric Piatkowski put up a running 14-footer with 1.4 seconds remaining and Houston's Yao Ming was called for goaltending on the play that gave Los Angeles a win.

The ball was rolling around the hoop when the Rockets' 7-foot-6 rookie center swatted at it. The ball still dropped through the hoop.

Houston's Steve Francis, who had 31 points, missed an off-balance 12-footer at the buzzer.

76ers 94, Raptors 84

TORONTO - Allen Iverson scored 37 points, and Keith Van Horn had 19 points and nine rebounds to lead Philadelphia past Toronto for its third straight win.

The Sixers, who acquired Van Horn and Todd MacCulloch from New Jersey in exchange for Dikembe Mutombo, have won five of six and are tied with the Nets for first in the Atlantic Division.

Magic 77, Heat 75

ORLANDO, Fla. - Mike Miller had 31 points, including the winning basket, and a career-high 19 rebounds as Orlando survived the absence of Tracy McGrady and Grant Hill, beat Miami.

The Magic won on Miller's 22-foot jumper with one second remaining.

SuperSonics 91, Spurs 90

SAN ANTONIO - Brent Barry's second basket of the game, a 3-point shot with 4.7 seconds left to halt San Antonio's four-game winning streak.

Timberwolves 106, Knicks 88

NEW YORK - Kevin Garnett had 25 points, 15 rebounds and seven assists as Minnesota outclassed New York.
