Student named to summer dean's list
Sophomore Matthew Longmate was named to the summer-semester dean's list at Xavier University.
The Princeton High School graduate is the son of Nancy and Art Longmate of Evendale.
Graphics honorees
The Printing Industries Association, Inc., serving Northern Kentucky and Ohio, has awarded scholarships to the following:
McKensie Long of Milford. The Milford High School graduate is majoring in graphic design at the University of Cincinnati.
Kristy Lyons of Batavia. She is maintaining a 4.0 grade point average at the Art Institute of Cincinnati.
Eric Price of Loveland. He maintains a 3.98 grade point average at the Art Institute of Cincinnati.
Rebecca Rellar of North Bend. The St. Ursula Academy graduate is attending the University of Cincinnati.
Brent Gibson of Lebanon, was also awarded a scholarship as the third-place winner of the 2002 Skills Ohio VICA graphic communications competition.
