COVINGTON - Police search boats will be on the Ohio River again this morning, in search of a body after a man told police he saw someone thrown from the Roebling Suspension Bridge at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
Initial searches by Cincinnati and Covington police yielded nothing, Covington police Detective Richard Webster said late Monday night.
"And that's the problem," he said, "but we have no reason to doubt what they're saying."
The man told police he observed a vehicle stopped on the bridge and that an argument was occurring on the walkway.
Police declined to say whether the people involved were male or female.
No other witnesses have come forward. Anyone with information is asked to call Covington police at (859) 292-2222.
